Fair and safe elections are the fundamental basis of our democracy, and I firmly believe our electoral processes are carried out fairly and securely across this nation. But we continue to see voting rights under attack, and we must fight to expand access to the ballot so people can have their voices heard. The Big Lie, and those perpetrating this anti-democratic conspiracy, are not only rejecting the election results but the will of the people. I believe we must combat false and dangerous narratives about election fraud, stand behind the results of the election, and continue our country’s long-standing tradition of the peaceful transfer of power.
