Kevin Johnson is co-founder and executive director of Election Reformers Network, where he directs ERN’s programs on impartial election administration, independent redistricting, fair election dispute resolution, and other reforms. Kevin has more than 20 years’ experience in election reform with organizations including the National Democratic Institute, Common Cause Massachusetts, and The Carter Center. Kevin has published more than two dozen op-eds on election related issues and authored a series of research reports and comparative studies on partisanship in election management here and abroad.
