Brian Baird is an American psychologist and politician. He served as the U.S. representative for Washington's 3rd congressional district from 1999 to 2011. After leaving the U.S. House of Representatives, he served as the president of Antioch University Seattle from 2011 to 2015. Brian co-authored the "Civility Not Violence Pledge" in 2022. He is a member of the ReFormers Caucus of Issue One, and a sustaining member of USAFMC (USA Former Members of Congress). Brian continues his work as Chair and Founder of the National Museum and Center for Service.
