Megan Corro has built her career at the intersection of democracy, education, and nonprofit growth. With more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. and abroad, her work has included supporting civil society globally and developing digital learning programs for leaders with Harvard Business School. Across her work, Megan has been committed to fostering participation and strengthening trust in democratic institutions.
Most recently, she served as Program Manager at the International Republican Institute, coordinating international election observation missions and partnering with local organizations to advance fair and transparent elections. She has also held program management and strategic roles at the National Endowment for Democracy, AMAR International, and the Aspen Institute, contributing to organizational growth, partnership development, and civic engagement initiatives.
Megan holds master’s degrees from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Georgetown University. She is excited to bring her passion for civic trust, innovation, and learning to Team Democracy and the Civics Credentialing System.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and two young sons, hoping to share with them the beauty of the world and the values of curiosity, kindness, and community.
