Kenashia Thompson (she/her) is a certified project management and equity strategist with an interdisciplinary graduate degree from Harvard University. She has extensive experience in grant management and building scalable systems that strengthen organizational efficiency across industries.
With a background in grassroots organizing and policy advisement at the municipal, state, and federal levels, Kenashia likes navigating complex environments, managing competing priorities, and driving high-impact results. Outside of work, she’s a dedicated traveler, self-proclaimed foodie, and always open to podcast and book recommendations!
