Kara Revel Jarzynski is the Strategic Director of Deliberative State Governance at FIDE-North America, where she works with Governors, Secretaries of State, and senior state leaders to fortify states, communities, and government institutions. Previously the Executive Director of Resolutionaries, Kara and her team built a coalition of nearly 200 national & grassroots institutions in support of the Building Civic Bridges Act (BCBA), federal legislation designed to strengthen neighborhoods and communities through conversation and dialogue. In the BCBA campaign, their work championed the work of civic engagement, bridge-building, and depolarization in the House and Senate, securing over 160 bipartisan Congressional briefings and creating 80+ national and regional events of lasting cultural impact. Kara is a More Perfect Bridgebuilding Partner, a member of the Bridging Movement Leadership Council, and $1 Billion for Trust, an Advisory Board member for Business for America and Foster Warriors, a Builders Movement Partner, and proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Team Democracy.
