Chrystine Reilly is the Chief Operating Officer at Team Democracy, where she helps turn ambitious civic ideas into operational reality across multiple national initiatives. With over a decade of experience in operations, administration, finance, and human resources, Chrys specializes in building systems that help mission-driven teams do their best work, while keeping things functional, human, and occasionally amusing.
A graduate of Tufts University, Chrys has worked across higher education, psychological research, mental health advocacy, and civil engineering, bringing a practical, people-centered approach to complex organizational challenges. An avid mental health advocate, she currently serves as Co-President of the board of Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey (CSPNJ) and works as a per diem grant reviewer for the New Jersey Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
Outside of work, Chrys is an artist who makes delightfully weird clay sculptures, paints whenever possible, bikes enthusiastically, loves reading post-apocalyptic fiction, and who - along with her husband, is happily outnumbered at home by two dogs and three cats.
