Uriel Epshtein is the Executive Director of the Renew Democracy Initiative (RDI), a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization founded by Garry Kasparov and dedicated to renewing and advancing the values of liberal democracy in the U.S. and around the world. We focus on amplifying the voices of global dissidents and other unique messengers to offer a positive message of how inspirational American democratic values truly are while also highlighting the threats facing our republic. Prior to joining RDI, Uriel worked in consulting and strategy in the private sector. He is the founder and Board Chairman of the Peace & Dialogue Leadership Initiative (PDLI), an organization dedicated to bridging the civil-military divide and creating a space on campuses for a nuanced discussion of the US role in the Middle East.
