Todd Connor is a navy veteran, author, serial entrepreneur, and the co-founder and CEO of Veterans for All Voters (VAV), a national, nonprofit community, building a more competitive American democracy where everyday citizens are incentivized and excited to participate. VAV's mission is to make our system less toxic and more competitive by mobilizing veterans and supporters to advocate for election innovations. Todd previously founded Bunker Labs to help military veterans and their spouses start and grow their own businesses; and The Collective Academy to facilitate leadership development through corporate clients. He's currently serving as an Executive-in-Residence at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and is the lead facilitator for the George W. Bush Institute's Veteran Leadership Program. Todd serves on the boards of Progress Indiana, Bunker Labs, and the National Association of Nonpartisan Reformers (NANR).
